Paralian is searching for someone to help us build our community in Puerto Rico. We seek an individual who will work tirelessly to expand our network of providers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the local recreational boating community, as well as the products and services which support it. Alignment with our core values of transparency, accountability, efficiency, and simplicity is a must. We believe in listening to and understanding the needs of the customer first. • Build relationships with prospective clients
• Guide new customers through onboarding process
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Work with management to ensure client needs are met
